Biography:
My fitness & health quest started while being in my husband’s corner some 15 years ago. With him being diabetic it was essential that I was able to live a healthy and fit life style for the both of us. My passion progressed -I have done a several IFBB shows over the last couple of years and love the feeling after a good, strong workout. As a mom of two, qualified nail technician and a personal trainer my aim is to inspire others. I don’t want anything to hold me back, especially excuses – you shouldn’t either.
