1. GENERAL TERMS
1.1. By participating in any raffle hosted by Awesome Raffles, you agree to be bound by these Terms, Conditions, Rules, and Indemnity.
1.2. Awesome Raffles reserves the right to amend these terms at any time without prior notice.
1.3. Participation is intended for individuals aged 18 years and older.
2. HOW THE RAFFLES WORK
2.1. Each raffle consists of a specified prize or hamper clearly described prior to ticket sales.
2.2. Each raffle will have a defined number of tickets available.
2.3. A raffle draw will only take place once all tickets are sold, unless otherwise stated.
2.4. The winner will be selected randomly using a fair and transparent method.
2.5. The winner will be announced in the WhatsApp group and/or contacted directly.
3. TICKETS & PRICING
3.1. Standard ticket price is R25 per ticket, unless otherwise specified.
3.2. Ticket purchases are final and non-refundable under any circumstances.
3.3. Tickets are only valid once full payment has been received and confirmed.

5. PRIZES
5.1. All prizes are described as accurately as possible.
5.2. Products shown in images are for illustration purposes only. While every effort is made to match the advertised items, brands or specific products may vary slightly but will always be of equal or greater value.
5.3. Stock Availability & Substitutions:
In the event that any advertised product is unavailable or out of stock at the time of ordering, the winner will be contacted and provided with suitable replacement options of equal value.
5.4. The replacement will only be processed once the winner has confirmed their preferred alternative.
5.5. If the winner does not respond within 24–48 hours, Awesome Raffles reserves the right to substitute the unavailable item with a product of equal or greater value at its sole discretion.
5.6. All substitution decisions made by Awesome Raffles are final, and no disputes or claims will be entertained regarding replacement items.
5.7. Prizes are not transferable, refundable, or exchangeable for cash.
6. DELIVERY
6.1. Prizes will be delivered to the winner’s provided address.
6.2. Delivery will be arranged via trusted third-party services such as:

• Woolworths Delivery
• Other similar delivery partners
6.3. Delivery times may vary depending on location and availability.
6.4. Awesome Raffles is not responsible for delays caused by third-party delivery services.
6.5. Once the order has been handed over to the delivery service, risk passes to the winner.
7. WINNER RESPONSIBILITIES
7.1. Winners must provide accurate delivery details.
7.2. If a winner cannot be reached within 48 hours, Awesome Raffles reserves the right to redraw the winner.
8. NO REFUNDS POLICY
8.1. All ticket purchases are final.
8.2. No refunds will be issued under any circumstances, including but not limited to:
• Change of mind
• Incorrect ticket purchase
• Failure to win
9. FAIR PLAY & TRANSPARENCY
9.1. All raffles are conducted fairly and transparently.
9.2. Any attempt to manipulate, interfere with, or disrupt the raffle process will result in immediate disqualification without refund.
10. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

• Delivery delays, damages, or failures by third-party providers
• Technical issues during payment or entry
11. INDEMNITY
11.1. By participating, you fully indemnify and hold harmless Awesome Raffles, its owners, employees, partners, and affiliates against any and all claims, damages, losses, liabilities, or expenses arising from:
• Participation in any raffle
• Use or consumption of any prize
• Delivery or logistics issues
• Actions or failures of third-party service providers
11.2. Participation is entirely at your own risk.
12. RIGHT OF ADMISSION
12.1. Awesome Raffles reserves the right to refuse participation or remove any participant from the WhatsApp group or raffle at its sole discretion without explanation.
13. PRIVACY
13.1. Personal information will only be used for raffle administration and delivery purposes.
13.2. Information may be shared with third-party providers strictly where necessary for payment processing or delivery.
14. MINORS
14.1. Participation in any raffle is intended for individuals 18 years and older.
14.2. Should any person under the age of 18 participate in a raffle, it is deemed that such participation has taken place with the full knowledge, consent, and approval of a parent or legal guardian.
14.3. The parent or legal guardian of any participant under the age of 18 accepts full responsibility and liability for:
• The purchase of tickets
• Participation in the raffle
• Acceptance and use of any prize
• Any associated risks, damages, or claims arising from participation
14.4. By allowing a minor to participate, the parent or legal guardian fully indemnifies and holds harmless Awesome Raffles, its owners, employees, and affiliates against any and all claims, damages, losses, or liabilities arising from such participation.
15. ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS
15.1. By purchasing a ticket, entering a raffle, or joining the WhatsApp group, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to all Terms, Conditions, Rules, and Indemnity set out above.
